Job summary

Accentutate Staffing is recruiting a Senior Benefits Specialist in the Raleigh area to administer benefits for a workforce of 400+ employees and 50 physicians. This on-site role combines benefits, 401(k) transition support, leave management, workers' compensation, HR compliance, and data analysis while partnering with leadership, physicians, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent).
At least seven years of progressive HR/benefits experience, including benefits and leave management.
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
Experience supporting brokers or 401(k) provider transitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSAs/FSAs, COBRA, wellness).
Lead the 401(k) transition, vendor coordination and data validation.
Manage FMLA and other leave programs, interactive process, accommodations, and return-to-work.
Oversee workers' compensation program and OSHA reporting.
Ensure ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, and related compliance across operations.
