Luxe Brands in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for global product launches, promotions, and sampling efforts. You will drive speed to market, scale processes, and ensure alignment across a growing product portfolio.

Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing & Engineering, you will bring structure and momentum to multi-stakeholder initiatives, coordinating timelines, risks, and cross-functional execution to deliver on ambitious product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within beauty or CPG.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Understanding of product development, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale PM frameworks in fast-paced organizations.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines with critical paths to meet ship dates.
• Own and drive program timelines with suppliers, negotiating and resolving issues.
• Lead cross-functional development meetings to foster alignment and momentum.
• Coordinate execution across new product launches, reformulations, regulatory changes, and packaging updates.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to senior leadership with actionable next steps.
• Create and maintain costs of goods for active products.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet milestones and approvals.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners through clear communication.
• Implement tools and templates to standardize workflows.
