Job summary

Englewood Lab, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support cross-functional product development initiatives in beauty and personal care manufacturing. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and Englewood Lab’s teams to drive new product launches on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes strong ownership, communication, and a growth mindset, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through launch, meeting milestones and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, and customer records.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Business Development, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production.
• Support line trials, production, and customer visits as needed.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and timely resolutions.
• Initiate Product Development Requests (PDRs) and coordinate quotations.
