Gimme Beauty is seeking a product development professional to manage multiple development projects from concept through production approval in the United States. This role collaborates with sourcing, operations and branding to ensure on-time launches and cost targets.

You will own timelines, cost analyses and feasibility assessments, coordinate overseas suppliers, and uphold quality, safety and regulatory standards across all products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product development experience.
• Proven experience working with overseas manufacturers.
• Strong project management and cost analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and a systems-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development projects at once from concept handoff through production approval.
• Own timelines, stage-gate milestones and risk mitigation.
• Translate approved concepts into detailed specifications, BOMs and production requirements.
