Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Familiarity with product development, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to scale project management processes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines with critical path analysis.
• Lead cross-functional product development meetings to drive alignment and progress.
• Coordinate execution across launches, reformulations, regulatory updates, and packaging changes.
• Identify risks, address roadblocks, and report to senior leadership with actionable steps.
• Create and update cost of goods (COGS) for all active products.
• Drive accountability to meet milestones and approvals on schedule.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and external partners through effective communication.
• Implement PM tools, templates, and best practices to improve workflows.
