Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and coaching to project teams.
• Manage performance of direct reports and plan professional growth.
• Track OTIF and other KPIs to drive launch readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Lead process improvements and adoption of digital tools for visibility.
