Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept through launch, ensuring milestones and customer requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and customer records.
• Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Align customer requirements with internal capabilities and business priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support product launches.
