The Cadmus Group LLC is seeking an International Affairs Group Business Development Manager to lead the full lifecycle of new business opportunities, acting as capture lead for pre-RFP activities and as proposal manager at RFP release to create customized, winning proposals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external experts, and drive improvements in BD processes while representing Cadmus to clients and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Trade, Business, International Relations, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; donor-funded international development projects.
• 5+ years managing large, complex proposals in response to RFPS/RFQs.
• Experience with US government agencies and international donors.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support full lifecycle of new business opportunities and lead BD processes.
• Serve as capture lead for pre-RFP activities and as proposal manager at RFP release.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timelines, and manage external SMEs.
• Develop winning, compliant proposals including management, staffing, past performance, and cost notes.
• Drive continuous improvement of BD tools and processes.
• Engage with clients and partners and represent Cadmus externally.
