Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in business development support, client service, proposals, RFP coordination, consulting, financial services, wealth management, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting proposals, pitch materials, RFPs, or other business development processes preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, judgment, and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts for three firm investment practices, focusing on coordination, execution, and follow-through across new opportunities.
• Facilitate the RFP process, including timelines, inputs, deliverables, and high-quality submissions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch materials, prospect meeting documents, and related content.
• Coordinate with Client Directors, investment professionals, and internal stakeholders to gather materials for prospect meetings.
