• Develop and lead growth strategy across EPI BU aligned to divisional strategic priorities.
• Drive double-digit growth in orders, sales, and operating profit.
• Translate priorities into initiatives with defined owners, timelines, and financial impact.
• Establish operating cadence to track pipeline, growth initiatives and execution progress.
• Identify high-value growth segments across core EPI markets and perform market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Product Management across businesses.
• Oversee NPD investments alignment to growth opportunities and prioritization.
