Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced business degree.
• Proven leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical/power markets, or related sectors.
• Strong financial, data-driven decision making and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own orders, sales, operating income, cash flow, and working capital.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Drive Lean initiatives and capital investment planning.
• Present reviews to divisional and executive leadership.
