Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas and process industries with understanding of global market dynamics by region.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, strategy, or growth leadership within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the global growth strategy aligned with TPM BU priorities.
• Drive execution of growth initiatives with measurable impact on orders growth, market penetration, margin expansion, and capability development.
• Align divisional, regional, and business priorities to focus on high-value growth opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities at regional and country levels in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead market analysis, voice-of-customer activities, and competitive assessments for investment decisions.
• Monitor market trends and adjust growth initiatives accordingly.
• Partner with Sales and Aftermarket to support growth-focused strategies; develop key accounts and pricing approaches.
• Provide early visibility to BU leadership on opportunities, including scope, timing, and capability needs.
• Contribute to growth playbooks and cross-business best practices.
• Cultivate senior-level customer and partner relationships to shape long-term growth strategies.
