Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in PM in non-IT environments.
• Experience managing projects to schedule, budget, scope and business objectives.
• Strong ability to map processes and improve complex flows.
• Experience translating market and customer needs into cross-functional deliverables.
• Strong communication and meeting-facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, countries, and time zones.
• Advanced MS 365 skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-function projects involving battery-electric products, chargers, supply chain processes, and global market requirements.
• Translate market and customer requirements into actionable tasks for technical and non-technical teams.
• Research and define requirements to introduce products and charging services into specific countries.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Commercial, and Digital stakeholders.
• Support recycling supplier strategies and processes for lithium-ion batteries.
• Evaluate import/export requirements, title transfers, and regulatory considerations.
