Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Associate's degree considered with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree considered with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Internship experience will be accepted as part of qualifying experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market processes for battery electric products in targeted countries
• Establish recycling suppliers and ensure lithium-ion battery regulations are met globally
• Develop supply chain processes for title transfers and import/export to retain ownership of batteries/chargers
• Scope requirements to bring a specific battery product or charger to market
• Facilitate and document meetings to define go-to-market processes and actions
• Drive actions to completion and manage cross-functional deliverables
• Manage projects to defined time, schedule, and budget targets; report progress and risks
• Escalate issues to keep initiatives on track
• Implement finalized processes with defined roles and start dates for go-live
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for next-phase initiatives
