You will partner with Engineering, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain to build commercial, regulatory, and supply chain frameworks for global product introductions, focusing on Mining, Rail, and Electric Power segments. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Associate's degree considered with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree considered with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Internship experience will be accepted as part of qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market processes for battery electric products in targeted territories.
• Establish recycling suppliers and ensure compliance with battery regulations across territories.
• Develop supply chain processes for title transfers and import/export considerations while retaining ownership of batteries and chargers.
• Research and scope requirements to bring battery electric products to market.
• Facilitate meetings to define processes and actions for go-to-market transactions.
• Drive actions to completion and program manage cross-functional deliverables.
• Manage projects to defined time, schedule, and budget targets; report progress and risks.
• Escalate issues to keep initiatives on track and implement finalized processes.
