Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate customer requirements, manage trials, validation, and supplier interfaces, and drive design reviews through all phases. English proficiency and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Management.
• 3 years of EV battery pack program management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin (preferred).
• Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems and facilitate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Establish and manage project meeting mechanisms and facilitate meetings.
• Interface with customers to gather requirements and coordinate implementation plans.
• Coordinate materials, prototypes, testing, and logistics across development stages.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders across teams.
• Lead design and development reviews throughout all project phases.
• Manage sample builds and deliveries at each stage.
