Job summary

Quaint Oak Bank is seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth in its Specialty Banking and Correspondent Banking units. The role focuses on developing relationships with international banks, fintechs, PSPs, and EMIs to expand U.S.

banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in financial services business development, a strong network, and proven ability to close new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services or sales.
• Minimum of five years' business development, sales, or relationship management in financial services.
• Experience selling correspondent banking, treasury, international payments, FX, or related products.
• Proven track record of generating new opportunities and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and targeted business development campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for correspondent banking, treasury management, international payments, FX, and related services.
• Build relationships with executives at international banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other regulated firms.
• Represent the bank at conferences and events to expand market presence and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to onboard new clients.
