Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7-12 years of experience in business analysis, project or program management with finance-industry experience.
• Strong project management skills covering scoping, planning, risk/issue management, and delivery.
• Proven cross-functional delivery track record on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership demonstrated through transparency and conflict resolution in large programs.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders beyond direct control.
• Strategic thinker who identifies cross-functional issues and communicates implications.
• Hands-on and capable of coaching teams toward high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with front-to-back teams (product, design, engineering, operations).
• Articulate project benefits and ensure alignment with program strategy for senior leadership.
• Identify and remediate project risks; report progress and budgets in governance forums.
• Provide transparency on timelines, issues and budgets to GBM leadership.
• Remove impediments at program level by leveraging sponsorship and relationships.
• Collaborate with product owners to build strategic vision and roadmaps, refine demand backlog.
• Define QA/testing approaches and develop migration strategies for post-testing.
