Job summary

DTS (Diversified Technical Systems, Inc.) in Seal Beach, CA, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support global sales and marketing teams by coordinating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent education including college-level studies in marketing and previous experience (approximately 3+ years) in a marketing, sales support, or related position.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related business discipline is preferred. Previous experience working in a B2B marketing role is necessary.
• Experience coordinating trade shows and/or other events is necessary.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and marketing channels is necessary. Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear marketing content for engineers and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and marketing automation channels.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress, HTML, and web design best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Support SEO and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Utilize HubSpot for campaigns, contacts, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Plan and execute 10–12 trade shows/events annually (US and International).
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and purchasing for show rentals and marketing materials.
