Diversified Technical Systems is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support global sales and marketing efforts. You will coordinate digital campaigns, maintain the marketing database, and plan 10-12 trade shows annually across the US and international markets, with a focus on automotive safety and aerospace sectors.

You will work with HubSpot and Salesforce, create compelling marketing copy, and collaborate with sales to nurture leads and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent with marketing/sales support experience ~3+ years.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; B2B marketing experience required.
• Experience coordinating trade shows and events.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels; basic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to translate technical products for engineers.
• Strong marketing copywriting and editing skills.
• Effective communication with sales teams and partners.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and project tools.
• Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation; Salesforce a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to marketing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress/HTML.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support SEO and Google Ads campaigns and optimize performance.
• Build campaigns and manage contacts in HubSpot for lead nurturing.
• Develop social media strategies and manage daily postings across platforms.
• Plan and organize 10-12 trade shows/events annually (US and international).
• Lead event kickoff meetings and post-event evaluations for alignment.
• Coordinate booth layout, AV, shipping, and logistics for events.
• Manage trade show calendar and related timelines.
• Assist sales with lead generation and database tagging.
