OK International in Cypress, CA, seeks a senior marketing leader to own the global strategy for Metcal and Techcon. You will collaborate with Sales and Product Management to set brand objectives, target audiences and campaign investments.

Lead the annual marketing plan, define digital strategies, coordinate launches across regions, and manage events, content and AI-enabled improvements while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Digital marketing experience to plan and deliver B2B campaigns.
• Strong project management with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Marketing ownership with independent, hands-on execution.
• Technical B2B marketing experience with product messaging collaboration.
• Experience introducing AI tools in marketing initiatives.
• Global marketing experience across regions.
• 7+ years in executing and strategizing digital marketing programs in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own global marketing strategy and investment priorities for Metcal and Techcon.
• Lead annual plan, calendar, budget allocation and project reviews.
• Define digital marketing strategy, platform choices, and campaign investment.
• Lead marketing for product launches with Product Management and Sales.
• Set content standards across channels and partner networks.
• Own trade shows, events and sponsorships planning and execution.
• Introduce AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content development.
• Define content strategy and manage external partners for video, manuals, design, etc.
• Measure marketing ROI and adjust strategy and spending.
