Job summary

OK International, part of Dover Engineered Products within Dover Corporation, seeks a Global Marketing Manager in Cypress, CA. You will own the global marketing strategy for Metcal and Techcon, shaping campaigns, budgets, and digital initiatives.

You will work with Sales and Product Management to drive launches, optimize ROI, and lead cross-region marketing execution. You will introduce AI-driven workflows, oversee content development, and coordinate with channel partners to improve marketing

Qualifications

• Digital marketing experience to plan and deliver B2B campaigns.
• Strong project management with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to own and drive marketing plans and budgets.
• Technical B2B experience; collaborate with Product Management and Sales.
• Experience introducing AI tools into marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the global marketing strategy and investment priorities for Metcal and Techcon.
• Lead the annual marketing plan, calendar, budget, and reviews.
• Define digital marketing strategy, select platforms, target audiences, and campaigns.
• Drive product launch marketing, positioning, and regional coordination.
• Lead content standards, channel partner materials, and trade show plans.
