Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence seeks a Global E-commerce Manager to define and scale a consistent global e-commerce capability for the Production Software Division. You will set strategic direction, operating model, governance, and an execution roadmap to support a durable global digital commerce channel.

The role requires hands-on e-commerce build experience, strong B2B commercial judgment, and the ability to align global stakeholders around a unified digital commerce model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce or digital channels, ideally global B2B.
• Experience building or scaling e-commerce in complex environments.
• Experience with software, SaaS, subscriptions, or services.
• Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and online catalog models.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical operating models and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the global e-commerce strategy and operating model for Production Software.
• Scale the capability by assessing priorities and defining an implementation roadmap.
• Align commercial objectives, customer experience, technology requirements, and governance.
• Balance buy-versus-build solutions and engage vendors/partners to deliver the roadmap.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys for digital purchasing including renewal and post-sale support.
• Define foundations for pricing, promotions, catalog, tax, and regional variations.
• Ensure GDPR, data privacy, export control, and accessibility compliance.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure digital channel performance.
