Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing programs that support growth across the Production Software division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Experience developing multi-channel marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and sales funnels.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and regional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience marketing B2B software/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated marketing programs aligned with production software priorities and growth goals.
• Translate strategies into program plans, timelines, deliverables, activation strategies, and success measures.
• Build quarterly and annual marketing program roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to connect activities into broader customer journeys and campaigns.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, content, paid media, social, and partnerships.
• Develop campaign briefs detailing target audiences, messaging, offers, channels, content, and timelines.
• Establish KPIs and track engagement, leads, MQLs, pipeline, ROI, and revenue influence.
