• 10+ years in B2B public relations or corporate communications at scale.
• Global PR strategy experience across hospitality or tech.
• Experience advising executives on reputational matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B communication strategies with marketing and GTM teams.
• Own communications for global partnerships and integrations with major platforms.
• Lead external storytelling on product innovation, AI, and industry milestones.
• Pitch and place OpenTable stories across mainstream and emerging media.
• Support executive communications, talking points, speeches, and leadership prep.
• Guide crisis navigation and protect OpenTable’s corporate reputation.
• Build workflows, escalation paths, and KPI reporting linked to business impact.
