Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a Director of B2B & Corporate Communications to own the global narrative in hospitality technology. This strategic leader partners with marketing, go-to-market, and technology teams to amplify the OpenTable story across restaurant customers and partners.

You will guide executive communications, manage crisis and policy responses, and build scalable programs while reporting to the Head of Global Communications. Hybrid NYC/Norwalk work model applies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B public relations or corporate communications within technology or hospitality sectors.
• Experience managing public relations and communications strategy on a global scale.
• Proven track record advising executive leadership on complex communications and reputational matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B communication strategies to strengthen relationships with restaurant customers, prospects, partners, and industry influencers.
• Own communications for global partnerships, integrations, and emerging business units, coordinating with major technology platforms.
• Lead external storytelling around product innovation, AI developments, and industry milestones to advocate for restaurant success and OpenTable’s presence.
