Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the global strategy for materials, parts, and services essential to MRO operations.

You will manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency. The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years in supply chain, strong ERP and analytics skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain with leadership experience in aerospace, MRO, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading large-scale global supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop best-in-class processes to optimize cost, efficiency and service.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales on material requirements and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost control and on-time delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities using data-driven analysis and lean methods.
• Drive resilience with risk mitigation for shortages and disruptions.
• Establish and report KPIs to senior leadership.
• Negotiate high-value supplier contracts and terms.
• Ensure regulatory, aerospace standards and sustainability compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Oversee budget, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Foster partnerships with external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
