AMETEK, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to oversee strategic planning and execution of all SCM activities across purchasing, inventory control, production scheduling, warehousing, shipping and customer delivery support.

The role drives optimization across materials flow, forecasting, vendor management, and internal collaboration to meet business priorities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Aviation/MRO materials management, strong leadership, ERP/MRP knowledge, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
APICS / CPIM certification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Aviation/MRO materials management role.
Strong negotiations skills and experience with suppliers and vendors.
Ability to lead departments for purchasing, planning, warehouse, and logistics.

Responsabilités

Develop, standardize, and implement planning/provisioning methodology and supply chain processes across the Region.
Materials planning, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and customer delivery support.
Forecasting materials, material planning, buying, procurement, receipt, storage, and inventory control.
Support production scheduling on material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Negotiate with material vendors on sourcing, pricing, and material availability.
Interface with internal management on planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
Demonstrate proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
