Job summary

AT3 is partnering with a well-established aerospace and defense component manufacturer to recruit a Director of Supply Chain. This leadership role guides supply chain initiatives across units, directing strategic sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, and continuous improvement.

The candidate should bring a strong aerospace background, experience managing complex supplier networks, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–12+ years in aerospace, defense, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership of multi-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics.
• Knowledge of aerospace regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and production demand across all units.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain, purchasing, planning, and logistics teams.
• Partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Program Management.
• Drive cost reductions and supplier performance metrics (OTD, quality, cost, risk).
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier selection for components and services, and long-term contracts.
