Job summary

Honda Aircraft Company, LLC in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Sales and Strategy Manager to lead the Customer Service Division's strategy team. You will drive product and service portfolio growth, analyze operating costs, and enhance worldwide HondaJet fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise the CS Sales and Strategy team, develop financial analyses to lower costs and improve margins, and align CS with aircraft sales leadership to drive complex initiatives across global service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business governance, corporate strategy, or aviation customer service leadership.
In-depth understanding of business aviation operations, service programs, and fleet reliability.
Proven track record managing teams, facilitating executive strategic forums, and leading complex initiatives.
Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (Visio).

Responsibilities

Supervise the CS Sales and Strategy team, facilitating executive strategy sessions and business reviews.
Develop financial analyses to lower aircraft operating costs and increase service plan profit margins.
Manage customer service sales functions and align with corporate aircraft sales leadership.
Oversee the CS Governance process tracking financial performance, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
Optimize business levers across global service center footprints, supplier partnerships, and resources.
