The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting with Engineering, and leading fleet reliability discussions, with about 30% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of experience in customer support or product support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
• FAA A&P license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts planned and unplanned post-delivery customer visits and facilitates resolution of technical and customer satisfaction issues.
• Sets priorities and elevates technical and aircraft operational concerns within the Customer's organization and Honda Aircraft Company.
• Visits Authorized Service Centers and supports onsite audits per SOP.
• Works with Technical Support and Engineering to troubleshoot and develop repair procedures.
• Updates management on customer's key aircraft operational and maintenance concerns/issues.
• Communicates with ASCs and customers, ADs, SBs, and other relevant documentation to highlight improvements.
• Travels approximately 30% domestically and internationally; may be on short notice.
• Leads customer meetings for fleet reliability reviews and performance, promoting Service Bulletins and other projects.
