Job summary

Honda Aircraft Company seeks a Field Service Representative to provide technical support to HondaJet Authorized Service Centers and customers, acting as liaison among customers, ASCs, and Honda. You will resolve issues, escalate operational concerns, and assist with audits and program questions.

The role requires a 4-year degree in business or aviation management or related field, plus 2+ years in customer support and familiarity with SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management or related technical field.
• Equivalent years of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer/product support.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
• FAA A&P license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and unplanned post-delivery customer visits and resolve technical and customer satisfaction issues.
• Set priorities and escalate technical or aircraft operational concerns within the customer organization and Honda Aircraft Company.
• Visit Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and support onsite audits per SOPs.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering to troubleshoot and develop repair procedures.
• Update management on key aircraft operational and maintenance concerns.
• Support questions on Flight Ready and Engine Maintenance Programs.
• Utilize Honda Aircraft Company processes and resources to better support customers.
• Travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally; may be on short notice.
