About the Role

Honda Aircraft Company, LLC is seeking an International Sales Coordinator in Greensboro, NC. In this high-visibility global aviation role, you will coordinate sales operations across international dealer networks, support customer demonstration tours, and expand the worldwide market presence of the HondaJet.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international aircraft sales initiatives in partnership with Authorized Sales Representatives (ASRs) and dealers.
• Organize and support customer demo flights, prospect engagements, and major international airshows and expos.
• Monitor global business aviation market trends, aircraft competitive intelligence, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, sales forecasts, and executive activity reports to ensure deal execution transparency.
• Liaise across contracts, legal, finance, and flight operations teams to ensure smooth customer purchase experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales coordination, marketing, or dealer management experience, preferably in aviation or luxury capital goods.
• Proven track record coordinating international business development and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
• High proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and executive PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong cross-cultural communication abilities; foreign language proficiency is an asset.
