Honda Aircraft Company in Greensboro, NC seeks an Aircraft Field Service Representative to provide elite technical support for HondaJet owners and service centers. You will be the liaison between customers, ASCs, and engineering, delivering high-level aviation support.

The role includes on-site and remote assistance, troubleshooting complex discrepancies, and expediting parts to minimize aircraft-on-ground times. Travel ~30% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aviation-related field.
• 2+ years in aircraft customer support, field technical service, or corporate aviation maintenance.
• Working knowledge of SAP and aviation service documentation.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to HondaJet service centers and aircraft owners.
• Troubleshoot avionics, airframe, and engine maintenance discrepancies.
• Facilitate expedited AOG parts shipments to return aircraft to service.
• Perform audits of Authorized Service Centers per FAA SOPs.
• Represent Honda Aircraft Company at customer fleet reliability and ops reviews.

About the Role:

Honda Aircraft Company, LLC is seeking an Aircraft Field Service Representative in Greensboro, NC. You will serve as the elite technical liaison between HondaJet owners, Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), and corporate engineering, delivering high-level aviation technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to HondaJet service centers and aircraft owners.
• Troubleshoot uncommon avionics, airframe, and engine maintenance discrepancies.
• Facilitate expedited aircraft-on-ground (AOG) parts shipments to return aircraft to service safely.
• Perform technical audits of Authorized Service Centers adhering to FAA Standard Operations Manuals.
• Represent Honda Aircraft Company at customer fleet reliability and operations performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, or technical aviation discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of aircraft customer support, field technical service, or corporate aviation maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise ERP systems (SAP) and aviation service documentation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally on short notice.
