Job summary

Analog Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead installations and upgrades of state-of-the-art checkpoint security systems at airports and facilities worldwide. You will work with stakeholders and contractors to upgrade CT scanner systems across sites.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and apply PMI methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or trade certifications considered.
• 5 years’ experience in aviation security is a plus.
• PMI certification preferred or willing to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint or TaskRay is a plus.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise in project management.
• Maintains control of schedule and presents management and/or customers on project updates.
• Coordinate with general contractors (system integrators) for the installation of equipment at multiple sites.
• Manage sub‑contractor relationships throughout installation.
• Coordinate site resources and ensure PMI methodology is applied.
