Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Security Project Manager to lead moderately complex security projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating vendors and internal teams for successful delivery.

You will apply PMI methodology and AIA standards, ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout every project phase. Travel up to 90% within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; five years in project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within the region.
• Experience in security projects or new construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects from initiation through completion with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety control.
• Define scope, identify risks, and coordinate resources for security installations.
• Provide PM expertise, communicate updates to management and customers.
• Monitor expenditures and financial performance; support vendor coordination.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure Johnson Controls quality standards, and drive on-time closeout.
