Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Project Manager, Global Clients to lead end-to-end electronic security construction projects in the Ashburn, VA area. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple initiatives, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver on-time results.

The role requires PMP, a technical background in access control and IP-based security, and strong leadership and communication to guide cross-functional teams through complex deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree and PMP preferred.
• 2–5 years of construction PM experience, ideally in electronic security.
• Experience leading Data Center projects.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems: access control, switches, IP cameras, readers.
• Proficient in PM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Confident interfacing with all management levels and leading teams.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration with teams.
• Proficient in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Valid, unrestricted state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction PM from planning to closeout.
• Develop key project documents: plans, scopes, schedules, charters, SOWs.
• Construction site walks.
• Create sub-plans for communication, quality, resources, procurement, deployment.
• Coordinate with other trades on construction sites.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, reporting, finances, performance metrics.
• Facilitate and document change requests; adjust plans as needed.
• Align with resource managers regarding staffing and performance expectations.
• Ensure quality control standards are implemented and followed.
• Participate in trade alignment meetings.
• Oversee project closeout and handoff to operations.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track and report key metrics, including customer satisfaction.
• Lead project deliverables from definition through execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support other teams as needed and perform additional duties.
