Qualifications

• 5+ years of audiovisual technology experience in a corporate enterprise environment.
• 2-3+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV systems, conferencing technologies, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-office global environments.
• Expertise troubleshooting AV hardware, room technology, and unified communications solutions.
• Experience leading technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AV and technology support professionals.
• Oversee the support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise AV systems across locations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for AV, conferencing, and collaboration issues.
• Manage AV-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and refresh initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and user adoption of collaboration platforms.
• Support and optimize Zoom and unified communications technologies across the organization.
• Develop operational standards, processes, and documentation to improve service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.
