Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking an Audio Visual Manager to lead the AV team responsible for our global headquarters' events and spaces. You will guide a group of skilled technicians, ensuring flawless support for conferences and meetings across 200+ collaboration spaces and 100+ conference rooms.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in AV, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on experience with enterprise conferencing like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AV industry experience with 1–2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Hands-on experience with high-stakes corporate events and commercial AV installations.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage technical support for onsite and offsite corporate events.
• Oversee AV systems across 200+ collaboration spaces and 100+ conference rooms.
• Contribute to budget planning for equipment, SaaS renewals, and labor needs.
• Develop and implement AV processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
