Qualifications

• Proven leadership of distributed technical teams across regions.
• Experience in enterprise AV architecture and room design.
• Strong understanding of AV-over-IP technologies and networking concepts.
• Experience coordinating with Real Estate and Executive teams on strategic tech initiatives.
• Ability to manage vendor partnerships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Everpure's global AV roadmap and room standards.
• Oversee global AV operations and incident management with follow-the-sun support.
• Ensure interoperability with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex.
• Lead readiness and live support for executive events and office projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align AV with business needs.
• Manage capital and operating budgets and vendor contracts.
