Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned leader to elevate the Audio Visual (AV) Events team. This hands-on role will shape strategy, drive efficiencies, and oversee live events, virtual productions, and broadcast content for a global workforce.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading large-scale AV programs, partnering with executives, and delivering measurable improvements in service quality and operational excellence. Travel to offices as needed and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a Global AV Events or Production Team.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in high growth environments.
• Ability to create documentation, knowledge bases, and run books to enhance execution.
• Experience interacting with executives and senior leaders.
• Collaborative work style with a focus on impact and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive on technologies and provide a forward-looking 2–3 year roadmap for AV solutions.
• Drive consistent AV capabilities for produced and broadcast events with best practices and services.
• Maintain a high standard for internal events and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and mentor AV producers, operators and broadcast engineers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams; establish trust as advisor.
