Job summary

AMD is seeking an adaptive Audio-Visual Operations Engineer in San Jose to support a global user-facing technology footprint and ensure operational excellence for the AV service offering. You will be the subject matter expert in AV/collaboration services, engaging in video event support and targeted project work to sustain ongoing initiatives.

The role requires handling incidents, coordinating with partners, and driving efficiency with AI tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AV/Video operations and service delivery.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure global video fleet is healthy through monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing and event incidents including hardware/software issues.
• Manage cloud video interoperability partners to meet KPIs.
• Create dashboards and tools to report on success metrics and KPIs.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and change requests.
• Escalate engineering incidents and maintain inventories.
