Qualifications

• Vendor and incident management across global teams.
• Dashboarding and data metrology skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global video fleet health through monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing incidents and manage RMAs.
• Coordinate cloud interoperability partners and KPIs.
• Create dashboards and reports on success metrics and KPIs.
• Use ServiceNow for incident tracking, tickets, and changes.
• Plan yearly refreshes and upgrades with teams.
