Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking a Technical/AV Support specialist to assist USTDA with event management, logistics, outreach, and related activities, including RTMs, conferences, forums, workshops, trainings, and other events. MSG provides services in program management, logistics, training, research and evaluation, marketing, and technology for federal, state, and local clients.

This role involves planning, coordinating with venues and AV vendors, and ensuring smooth on-site execution

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience providing technical and audiovisual support for conferences, forums, trainings, meetings, or similar events.
• Experience setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audiovisual systems in live event environments.
• Experience may include support for microphones, sound systems, projection and display equipment, presentation systems, lighting, interpretation equipment, video conferencing, livestreaming, recording, virtual and hybrid platforms, internet connectivity, and other event technologies.
• Capable of conducting advance technical reviews, coordinating with venues and outside AV vendors, supporting rehearsals, and resolving technical issues quickly during live programming.
• Additional technical capabilities may be required depending on the applicable Task Order.

Responsabilités

• Provide event planning and project management support for partnership-building activities including RTMs, conferences, workshops, trainings, and similar events.
• Coordinate venue and vendor logistics, domestic and international travel, and on-site support for high-level foreign delegations and U.S. Government participants.
• Recruit participants, outreach, registration, and develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials.
• Arrange interpretation and translation services, audiovisual and virtual event support, transportation, lodging, and other on-site logistics.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on post-event activities, data analysis, and closeout tasks.
• Manage event schedules, budgets, vendors, and deliverables across multiple Task Orders and countries.
