Job summary

The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking a Website, Content, and Marketing Manager to support USTDA with event management, logistics, outreach, and related activities, including RTMs, conferences, and trainings. You will plan and organize partnership-building events, coordinate venues, travel, and registrations, and develop agendas and materials.

The role requires experience across digital campaigns, content publishing, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience developing and managing event websites, digital content, marketing campaigns, social media, and participant outreach for conferences, forums, trade missions, trainings, or similar events.
• Demonstrated experience using digital communications to increase awareness, support registration, provide participant information, and promote event objectives.
• Experience including developing and maintaining event websites and registration platforms; creating promotional materials, email campaigns, digital graphics, social media content, and other outreach products; managing participant communications; tracking registration and engagement data; and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely publication of event information and coordinating content approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Experience supporting international, government, trade, or business-focused events may be required depending on the applicable Task Order.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities including RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings, and other events.
• Coordinate venue, vendor coordination, travel, lodging, interpreters, and on-site logistics for international events.
• Develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials; provide interpretation and translation support as needed.
• Monitor post-event data, evaluations, reporting, and closeout activities to measure impact and outcomes.
