Manhattan Strategy Group seeks a Technical/AV Support professional to back USTDA with event management, logistics, outreach and related activities, including RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings, and other events.

You will plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities, coordinate venues and vendors, arrange domestic and international travel, provide on-site AV support, interpretation, and post-event reporting to measure impact for USTDA's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience providing technical and audiovisual support for conferences or similar events.
• Proven ability to set up, test, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems in live events.
• Experience with microphones, sound systems, projection, lighting, VTC, livestreaming, and hybrid platforms.
• Ability to conduct advance technical reviews, coordinate with venues and AV vendors, and troubleshoot during live programming.
• Preferred: knowledge of international trade and ability to plan RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings domestically and internationally.
• Preferred: experience recruiting speakers, coordinating interpreters, and managing multi-country itineraries.
• Strong customer service skills for USTDA personnel, delegates, and stakeholders.
• Experience in venue sourcing, vendor management, and event logistics.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and implement partnership-building events for USTDA, including RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings.
• Coordinate venue and vendor logistics, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
• Develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials; provide interpretation and translation; audiovisual and virtual support.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on post-event outcomes.
