Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~25% (Domestic & international).

Responsibilities

• Enable Komatsu Distributors: act as SME for autonomous systems implementation and liaison between regional teams and the Tucson-based Autonomous Systems team.
• Advocate for project management discipline, governance and change management.
• Convey a holistic view on implementation projects.
• Drive adoption and standardization via PDCA of the program.
• Track progress globally through periodic follow-up with regional project teams.
• Handle project scopes from upgrades to first-time regional implementations.
