Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions seeks an Autonomous Systems Training Specialist to drive training program execution for the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS). You will collaborate with development teams and regional distributors to deploy training, develop curricula, and certify instructors and users.

You will apply your mining operations and fleet management experience, coordinate Train-the-Trainer initiatives, and maintain training records across global deployments, including 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' mining experience at the operational level.
• 2+ years' experience in operational Fleet Management Systems.
• Experience training Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) instructors and users.
• Experience with Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) regional deployments.
• Experience as a field operator and Central Controller preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Training/Assessment certification preferred.
• Experience developing needs analyses and training plans preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively work with development teams to create, review, and maintain training materials.
• Support AHS Training Program deployment and regional training initiatives.
• Act as SME for AHS sites, regional trainers, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop training plans and train regional personnel for AHS deployments.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions for new system releases and advise on new features.
• Identify training needs and propose training initiatives with stakeholders.
• Partner with Training development team to implement Train-the-Trainer programs and certify instructors.
• Maintain records of training activities and address action items promptly.
