You will own the full lifecycle of projects aimed at improving production efficiency, implementing new manufacturing technologies, and optimizing the supply chain to drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience with new product introduction, process optimization, or factory automation.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP is a plus.
- Experience with international suppliers and global project teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects from concept to completion in automotive manufacturing.
- Develop detailed plans: scope, resources, budget, risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, QA, and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality regulations, and safety protocols.
- Monitor progress and apply corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and external partners.
