Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience focusing on manufacturing and process improvement.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing techniques (machining, welding, assembly).
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical systems and processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop and refine manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and equipment failures, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve line efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards in all facilities.
